All of the pipes we sell are made a little different then any of the competition....... We did not simply copy the contour of the originl pipes.... We make all of our pipes with the least amount of bends possible with a real mandrel bending machine......Most exhaust shops have squish benders you can buy for $1500.00 Real mandrel benders cost $40,000.00 +
Something else you will find with all our exhaust products is that we weld the flanges on the inside and grind them smooth......Doing this makes the least amount of turbulance at all the connections. All other brands have jagged pipe edges sitting inside the flange area from welding the pipe on the outside of the flange...this disrupts the flow and causes turbulance. Welding on the inside and grinding the pipes smooth takes a lot more time to make them. Also it uses up a lot more materials and goes through grinding motors doing it every day. We also install hangers on the pipes and most others do not. We also offer a lifetime garantee :) I believe all our exhaust products are the best available for the Z. We enjoy making Z's fast but we also need to make a living. I garantee you we are not getting rich from selling these pipes.
